Refund & Order Disputes
All sales are final. Refunds are only issued if your order was lost in transit or if Mayhem is at fault for an error. Approved refunds may take up to 7 working days to process.
Fraudulent orders will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
Shipping
We ship to South Africa, Botswana, and Lesotho.
Standard Orders: Allow up to 1 week to ship after processing.
Preorders: May take 2–3 weeks to ship depending on production time. Please check the individual product page for specific shipping timelines.
